Established · National Standard · Public Registry
The BRSA establishes, maintains, and verifies the readiness standing of individuals and institutions against a national behavioral standard. Readiness is not assumed. It is assessed, recorded, and publicly accountable.
What the Registry Is
The BRSA Registry is the authoritative national record of readiness verification. Each entry reflects a formal assessment against the FRARI standard — the Federal Readiness and Readiness Index — conducted by a credentialed BRSA evaluator.
Registry entries are not self-reported. They are not assumed. They are assessed, scored, and assigned a canonical state. That state is publicly verifiable at any time.
